Shopify and Amazon: how to take advantage of both?

Do you have a Shopify store? But are you also interested in leveraging the power of Amazon to boost your sales? What are the simplest ways to benefit from Shopify and Amazon ? Let's explore the different options for getting the most out of both Shopify and Amazon.

Amazon channel by Shopify

UPDATE: Note that the "Amazon Channel by Shopify" is no longer offered on the Shopify app store.

You should obviously start with the most useful plugin, perhaps for a merchant: Amazon channel by Shopify .

This plugin simply allows you to connect your Shopify site to Amazon and therefore send your products there.

It's an official Shopify module, which means quality and reliability, but it's also free! Great news.

There is therefore no reason not to connect your e-commerce store to the world's largest marketplace.

On the downside, this module only works if you sell in US dollars and/or Canadian dollars. Furthermore, it offers far fewer features than solutions like Lengow.

In short, it's a good app to take the first step towards selling in the US.

Linkify - Amazon Importer

Linkify is an app for importing Amazon products to your Shopify store and dropshipping. Simple, fast, and efficient, the Linkify app is highly rated by users.

Ideal for easily expanding your catalogue while improving your revenue.

Amazon does indeed have one of the world's largest product catalogs, so you're sure to find what you're looking for in their catalog.

On the menu: HD image import, automatic synchronization, bulk import, etc. The only minor drawback is that variants are imported as separate products. Each ASIN creates a product on your site.

Login with Amazon

Login with Amazon, as its name clearly indicates, allows you to… enable your customers to use their Amazon account to log in to your website. A smart move. With one of the largest customer bases in the world, offering Login with Amazon to your customers can be both useful and wise.

Note that this app also allows you to activate Amazon Payments in countries that offer it (only the US for the moment).

This app is therefore useful for reducing cart abandonment rates and increasing your conversion rate.

Opinew Product Reviews

Do you have products but not many customer reviews or few comments? Why not import customer reviews from Amazon? That's exactly what this app lets you do.

Say goodbye to empty product pages that fail to convert. You too can leverage social proof to convince your customers that your products are top-notch. We know that customers tend to look for as many product reviews as possible before placing an order. They no longer need to go to Amazon; they'll find all the information they need right on your website.
