Pikka offers you hours of consulting, technical, and functional support delivered by our team (project managers, developers, and Shopify consultants). Ideal for Shopify questions, advice, one-off fixes, adding or configuring apps, speed optimization, UX/UI adjustments, and minor functional enhancements.
We systematically track time spent and can provide a detailed PDF report upon request. For projects requiring more than 4 hours, we request your approval before proceeding to ensure budget transparency and control over the scope of work.

How it works (process)

1. Purchase : Add the "Pikka Maintenance Time" to your cart (min. 1 hour).

2. Automatic onboarding : after payment you will receive an email to share the necessary access and priorities.

3. Ticket creation : you create the request via our tool (or we create it for you) — each ticket is tracked. You have client access to monitor its progress.

4. Intervention : Our experts will handle your request, and we will bill you for the actual time spent (in 15-minute increments). For any intervention estimated to take more than 4 hours, we will request your approval before proceeding.

5. Reporting : time-track and summary PDF available on request.

What type of interventions can be done with these hours?
If you need a Shopify expert on a one-off basis, this is the right solution!

Here is a non-exhaustive list of possible interventions: CSS/display fixes, minor front-end/back-end enhancements, app installation and configuration, performance optimization, minor UX adjustments, and tracking/analytics fixes. For more complex needs (redesign, migration), we recommend a project quote or a dedicated application maintenance package.

Can you buy less than an hour?
Sales begin at 1 hour . Each intervention is billed according to the actual time spent. You can purchase additional hours to benefit from a better price.

How are you billed and how do you track time?
We track everything in a management tool (Productive). Time is recorded, exportable, and a PDF summary can be provided upon request.

What happens if a request takes longer than 4 hours?
We request your validation before committing more than 4 hours in order to avoid surprises and to validate the scope.

And what about emergencies?
We prioritize emergencies and can respond quickly; in case of an emergency, contact us for priority processing. For example, we can sometimes resolve a critical issue in less than an hour.

Who will work on my requests?
A project manager and Pikka developers/consultants will be assigned depending on the nature of the request. Pikka is a Shopify & Shopify Plus certified agency.
